Between 2005 - 2018, the Feldenkrais Institute of New York operated on the second floor of 134 West 26th Street. It’s founders and staff introduced thousands of people to the Feldenkrais Method®, providing approximately 4,000 Awareness Through Movement® classes, 40,000 individual Functional Integration® sessions, 500 public workshops, and 70 advanced workshops for Feldenkrais Practitioners. The Field Center for Integrated Development, Feldenkrais Training Programs, and the Feldenkrais Foundation also provided services on the premises.
Today, five distinct Feldenkrais Method entities share space at this historic location.
