    We've got what you're looking for: Nine open level classes; three beginner classes; one 'beginner-friendly' open class and two intermediate level classes.

    For your first class, please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to the scheduled class start time.

    We recommend loose, comfortable clothing.
    Mats, pads are provided.
