MEMBERSHIP

You do not need to be a member to participate in our classes, private sesssions, and workshops. For those coming frequently, however, membership gives you significant discounts on our services. Read below. Membership Form

Members receive the following standard discounts:

• FREE UNLIMITED weekly Awareness Through Movement Classes
• 20% off individual Functional Integration lessons with selected practitioners.
• 20% off workshops
• 15% off books, CDs, DVDs, tapes, etc from our bookstore.
• Member discounts cannot be combined with other offers and discounts.

Membership Cost:

• 12 Monthly Payments of $100 (minimum 3-month membership required)
• Bi-annual: 2 payments of $550 (1 month free)
• 1 Annual payment of $1,000 (2 months free)

Cancellation / Refund Policy:

• Memberships automatically renew according to your payment plan (monthly, bi-annually, anually). Membership must be cancelled with at least 2-weeks advance written notice. (For example, if a member wishes to cancel effective June 1st, they must notify us in writing before May 15th. Otherwise, the member will be automatically charged for the following month.)
• Members paying annually who cancel after less than 6 months, or members paying bi-annually who cancel after less than 4 months, will be charged the monthly rate for months used in the year. This will be reflected in the refunded amount.
