Taught by Elizabeth Beringer, this audio series is oriented for those wishing to improve the functioning of their legs and specifically their knees and ankles. The series progresses through 8 half hour lessons each one taking a different focus. The themes include: distributing effort through the legs in order to reduce strain on particular joints improving the flexibility of the hips for healthier knees and ankles how overall posture affects the knees and how to reduce chronic tension that interferes with comfortable movement. The lessons in this series are basic and gentle and are especially appropriate for those recovering from an injury. No prior experience with the Feldenkrais Method is necessary.
