    Institute Membership

    Price: $200 per month
    Format: Service


    For those coming frequently, the Institute membership quickly pays for itself and gives you significant discounts on all our services.

    Benefits:

    • FREE UNLIMITED daily Awareness Through Movement Classes
    • A FREE Functional Integration session every month
    • $90 instead of $110 for subsequent individual Functional Integration lessons with selected practitioners within the month
    • 20% off weekend workshops, and up to 50% off our 3-hour evening workshops

    Membership Plan:

    Cancellation / Refund Policy:

    • Members are automatically charged monthly for the term of 1 year.
    • Membership must be cancelled with at least 2-weeks’ advance written notice. (For example, if a member wishes to cancel effective June 1st, they must notify us in writing before May 15th.  Otherwise, the member will be automatically charged for the following month.)

    The most direct way to benefit from Feldenkrais is to work privately with one of our highly skilled practitioners.     We've got what you're looking for: Nine open level classes; three beginner classes; one 'beginner-friendly' open class and two intermediate level classes.

    Check this link for this week's cancellations or teacher substitutions (if any) and to register in advance for any class.


    For your first class, please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to the scheduled class start time.

    We recommend loose, comfortable clothing.
    Mats, pads are provided.
