Weekend Workshops

The Institute offers several weekend workshops for the public each year, many of them taught by some of the leading Feldenkrais teachers in the world. These weekends create an environment of in-depth investigation into the movements and functions relating to certain professions (musicians, athletes, yoga teachers), physical conditions, and other themes of life. You’ll also discover how a collection of Feldenkrais lessons, designed around a single theme, can have a transformational power for your physical, neurological and psychological health and development.

Awareness Through Movement

Basics Class: We recommend this class if you are new to the Feldenkrais Method.
Open Class: This class will build upon concepts that are introduced in the Basics Class.
Moving Out of Pain: This class is open to all, but tailored to those experiencing pain.
Community Class: Sponsored by the Feldenkrais Foundation, this class is open to all and is donation-based ($10 suggested).
